目的探讨标本采集对血液检验的影响及干预措施。方法选择我站2015年4月~2016年12月期间收治4562例血液采集标本,分析其中存在的检测误差发生率,以及误差发生原因,同时分析干预对策。结果 4562例血液采集标本中,出现误差为24例(0.53%),其中部位采集问题引发为5例(20.83%),血液标本采集量问题为9例(37.5%),标本放置时间不当为8例(33.33%),采集对象心理因素为2例(8.33%)。结论血液标本采集从采集体位、部位、标本放置时间、患者心理与采血量方面都会影响最终血液检验工作质量,需要从各方面做细致管理来提升检验效果。
Objective To investigate the influence of specimen collection on blood test and intervention measures. Methods From April 2015 to December 2016, we selected 4562 blood samples collected from our hospital and analyzed the incidence of detection errors and the causes of errors, and analyzed the intervention measures. Results There were 24 cases (0.53%) of errors in 4562 blood samples, including 5 cases (20.83%) in parts, 9 cases (37.5%) in blood samples and 8 Cases (33.33%), psychological factors were collected in 2 cases (8.33%). Conclusion The blood samples collected from the collection position, location, specimen placement time, patient psychology and blood volume will affect the quality of the final blood test work, need to do careful management from all aspects to enhance the test results.
