以翠冠梨为试材,研究了套袋处理对果实内在品质和外观的影响。结果表明:套袋降低了平均单果重(套一次白袋除外)和可溶性固形物含量,并改变果实硬度。套袋提高果面亮度,不同套袋处理果皮色泽差异显著,套白袋果表呈绿色,黑袋呈白色,不套袋果(CK)果锈明显、外观暗淡;套黑袋果皮厚度增加,早期套白袋果皮变薄;套袋增加果面果点密度,减小果点直径。
Taking Cuiguan pear as test material, the effects of bagging treatment on the intrinsic quality and appearance of the fruit were studied. The results showed that: bagging reduced the average fruit weight (except for a white bag) and soluble solids content, and changed the fruit firmness. The bagging improved the brightness of the fruit surface, the color difference of the peel treated by different bagging was significant, the bagged white fruit was green, the black bag was white, the fruit rust without bagging fruit was obvious and the appearance was faint; Early white bag peel thinning; bagging increase the fruit density of fruit, reducing fruit diameter.
