建立健全永葆共产党员先进性的长效机制,是践行“三个代表”重要思想的客观要求,是加强党的先进性建设的根本之举,也是加强党的执政能力建设的现实需要。文章在总结党建工作经验的基础上,对如何构建保持共产党员先进性长效机制进行了探索。建立健全党员学习、教育机制,切实加强党员的理论学习、加强正反面典型教育、党纪条规教育和谈话教育;建立健全党内生活机制,切实加强民主集中制、“三会一课”和监督制度建设;建立健全维护群众利益机制,完善密切联系群众、服务群众和办事公开制度。
Establishing and perpetuating the long-term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of Party members is an objective requirement of practicing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ It is a fundamental move to strengthen the building of the party’s advanced nature and a practical necessity for strengthening the party’s ability to govern. On the basis of summing up the experience of party building, the article explores how to construct a long-term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of party members. Establish and improve party members’ learning and education mechanisms, earnestly strengthen the theoretical study of party members, and strengthen education on typical positive and negative aspects, party rules and regulations and education on discourse; establish and improve inner-party life mechanisms, and earnestly strengthen democratic centralism, “three classes and one lesson” and the supervision system Establish and perfect a mechanism for safeguarding the interests of the masses, and improve the system of openly contacting the masses, serving the masses and working in an open manner.
