目的:动态观察外源性L-精氨酸对小鼠日本血吸虫病肝脏内I型和Ⅲ型胶原的影响,探讨其治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化的可能性。方法:随机将54只健康小鼠分为正常组、感染组和L-精氨酸组。感染组和L-精氨酸组小鼠经腹部皮肤感染日本血吸虫尾蚴。L-精氨酸组于感染后第6周将1 g/L的L-精氨酸水溶液给小鼠饮用。于感染后的第9、11、13、15周每组随机挑选6只处死取肝脏做病理观察;并对随机选取的30个视野下I型和Ⅲ型胶原面积及两者之比值作定量分析。结果:感染组与L-精氨酸组小鼠肝脏内I型和Ⅲ型胶原面积在感染第9周后逐渐减小,I型和Ⅲ型胶原面积比值变化较大;L-精氨酸组I型和Ⅲ型胶原面积比感染组减小明显(P<0.05)。结论:L-精氨酸具有减少日本血吸虫病肝脏组织内I型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原的作用。
Objective: To dynamically observe the effect of exogenous L-arginine on the type I and type III collagen in the liver of mice with schistosomiasis japonica and to explore its possibility of treating hepatic fibrosis in schistosomiasis. Methods: 54 healthy mice were randomly divided into normal group, infection group and L-arginine group. Infection group and L-arginine group mice were infected with cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum through abdominal skin. The L-arginine group was given 1 g / L aqueous L-arginine solution to mice at the 6th week after infection. At the 9th, 11th, 13th and 15th weeks after infection, 6 rabbits in each group were randomly selected for pathological observation. The area of type I and type III collagen and the ratios of the two were randomly selected for the 30 fields . Results: In the infected group and the L-arginine group, the area of type I and type III collagen in the liver gradually decreased after 9 weeks and the area ratio of type I and type III collagen changed greatly. L-arginine group The area of type I and type III collagen decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: L-arginine can reduce type I collagen and type III collagen in the liver tissue of Schistosoma japonicum.
