目的为了提高骨科器械包内化学监测结果的精确度和有效性,比较两种指示卡在骨科器械包内的化学监测效果。方法采用骨科器械包内放置3M多参数指示卡与移动式指示卡各1条和1支生物指示剂,进行实际灭菌效果监测。结果生物指示剂培养结果均为阴性,两种指示卡存在显著性差异。结论 3M移动式化学指示卡不受人为因素和外界因素影响,判断准确、便捷,为骨科器械包内化学监测的最佳选择。
Objective To improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the chemical monitoring results in the orthopedic device package, the chemical monitoring results of the two kinds of indicating cards in the orthopedic device package were compared. Methods One multi-parameter indicator card and one mobile indicator card were placed in the orthopedic instrument package to monitor the actual sterilization effect. Results The biological indicator culture results were negative, there were significant differences between the two indicator cards. Conclusion 3M mobile chemical indicator is not affected by human factors and external factors, accurate and convenient to judge, and is the best choice for chemical monitoring in orthopedic device package.
