目的：临床分析阴道镜辅助高频电波刀在宫颈上皮内瘤变患者中的治疗效果。方法在我院2013年1月-2013年10月实施治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）患者中，随机选取68例，其中所有患者均采用阴道镜辅助高频电波刀（LEEP刀）治疗，分析其临床效果。结果其中68例患者的临床手术时间为（8.5±1.7）min，所有患者在手术之后均未出现感染和出血等严重并发症。经过随访，68例患者中CINⅠ级及CINⅡ临床有效治愈率为100%，CINⅢ级其治愈率也达到80.0%。结论采用阴道镜辅助高频电波刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变效果显著，值得推广应用。“,”Objective: Clinical analysis of colposcopy assisted high frequency radiosurgical knife in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients. Method:The implementation of treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in our hospital in 2013 February -2013 year in October (CIN) patients, 68 patients were selected randomly, which al patients underwent colposcopy assisted high frequency radiosurgical knife (LEEP knife) treatment, and analyse its clinical effect.
