我国近期生产的自走式联合收割机,其液压操纵系统大多采用多路换向阀式的控制机构。此机构因换向阀内漏,容易引起割台自动降落的故障。分析换向阀内漏的原因,多是由于沉重的割台将重力通过液力直接作用在换向阀上,而使其过度磨损。排除该故障的一般措施是将割台换向阀组与拨禾轮换向阀组对调,或将割台油缸油管与拨禾轮油缸油管在其换向阀上互换安装位置。但最有效的方法应当是使割台的重力不直接作用在滑阀上,而是在其通道上设置一单向阀,将割台油缸中的油液封
China’s recent self-propelled combine harvester, the hydraulic control system mostly use multi-way valve control mechanism.
