读了《电影通讯》第一期上几位老前辈的新年“寄语”,特别是他们语重心长地关怀、爱护中青年成长的寄语,我非常感动。去年末,在《文艺报》和电影研究所联合召开的中青年导演座谈会上,滕文骥同志曾说过,他感到他“长了一岁”。这里面是包括了政治上、思想上、对生活的认识上、导演业务上以及在汲取过去的经验教训上各方面的成长在内的。我觉得这是滕文骥同志的心声,也是我们广大中青年导演的心声。是的,我们是长了一岁了。但是,我觉得我们距离党和人民的要求还相差得很
