阐述了电力企业反违章管理存在的主要问题,提出落实安监人员带队,开展县公司交叉互查的工作思路,同时通过制定现场安全监督重点、抓好现场勘察人、工作监督人履职、加强执规计划管理、提高违章问题穿透分析的能力、做好违章管理追溯等方面提升反违章工作成效;另外制定了执规对标评价办法,形成持续完善的反违章工作机制。
