Doing a good job between the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises and the development of county offices and township enterprises complement each other. Their relationship is closely linked and inseparable. There are at least four reasons to say this: First, the nature of the same. As far as the essential attributes of enterprises are concerned, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, county-run enterprises, and township collective enterprises all belong to the socialist public-owned economy. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is standing at a high level of the overall situation, highlighting the key points and emphasizing the success of the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in order to uphold and consolidate the dominant position of the socialist public ownership economy and fully demonstrate the socialist system.
