如何提高医学类高职院校的教育教学质量,培养出满足社会需求的高素质医学技能型人才,是各高职院校面临的重大课题。教学督导是普遍使用的、认可度较高的教育教学质量控制手段之一。该文对医学类高职院校教学督导人员队伍建设问题进行了探讨,指出目前医学类高职院校教学督导人员队伍建设存在的问题,并提出了加强教学督导人员队伍建设的几点建议。
How to improve the quality of education and teaching in medical vocational colleges and to cultivate high-quality medical skilled talents to meet the needs of the society is a major issue for all higher vocational colleges. Teaching supervision is commonly used, high recognition of education and teaching quality control means. This article probes into the construction of teaching supervisors in medical vocational colleges and points out the existing problems in the construction of teaching supervisors in medical higher vocational colleges. Some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of teaching supervisors.
