从源头上遏制和反对腐败,首先必须全面准确地弄清腐败得以滋生蔓延的根源。必须运用马克思主义的唯物史观对当前的社会状况作全面科学的辩证分析,以探讨腐败产生的源头,然后综合整治。改革开放20多年来已经取得了巨大成就,腐败其所以仍然存在,而且处于建国以来的高发期,有其深刻根源,从宏观整体上分析,其主要源头有四个方面。1.剥削制度和剥削阶级腐朽思
