王选生前一直思考我国青年科技创新人才的培养。他认为,一个有所成就的科技人员的成长需要正确的科研动力、综合的知识结构、民主的学术风气和良好的情商。这些忠告是他自己多年来自主创新和科学研究的切身体悟,也是他对大量世界科技创新事例的经验总结。这是他留给我们的一份珍贵遗产。
Wang Xingsheng always considered the cultivation of China's young science and technology talents. He believes that the growth of a successful scientific and technological personnel requires the correct motivation for scientific research, a comprehensive knowledge structure, democratic academic atmosphere and good emotional intelligence. These advices are his own personal experiences of independent innovation and scientific research over the years, as well as his experience of a large number of scientific and technological innovations in the world. This is a precious legacy he has left us.
