三民主义,既是中国民主革命的纲领,也是中国国民党信奉的基本纲领。但是,随着革命形势的变化和新问题的不断出现,旧三民主义已经不适合领导当时的民主革命。在这种情况下,孙中山先生在国民党“一大”宣言中,将旧三民主义发展为新三民主义。在新三民主义形成的过程中,共产国际发挥了重要作用,主要表现在三个方面:一是使孙中山认识到了旧三民主义的局限性;二是在思想理论方面对孙中山的指导;三是直接参与了国民党改组和“一大”宣言的起草工作。
Three Principles of the People are both the program of the Chinese democratic revolution and the basic program of the Chinese Kuomintang. However, with the changes in the revolutionary situation and the advent of new problems, the old Three Principles of the People are no longer suitable to lead the then democratic revolution. Under such circumstances, Sun Yat-sen developed the old “Three Principles of the People” into the “new Three People’s Principles” in the Kuomintang declaration of “major one.” In the process of the new Three People’s Principles, Comintern played an important role in three aspects: First, it made Sun Yat-sen realize the limitations of the old Three People’s Principles; second, it guided Sun Yat-sen in ideology and theory; third, direct Participated in the drafting of the Kuomintang’s reorganization and the “one big” declaration.
