徐州市作为江苏省三大都市圈之一,地表水资源严重短缺。因而,强化水环境管理,防治水质污染是徐州市水资源保护的一项紧迫任务。本文建立基于WEBGIS的徐州市水环境信息管理系统,将计算机显示技术、数据库技术、网络技术和水环境数学模型相结合,根据不同的用户需求,方便地处理水环境日常监测数据,并对实测数据进行显示、计算及分析。利用GIS的空间分析功能,结合水动力模型、水质模型等数学模型,对水质进行动态模拟和预测,为区域水资源可持续利用和经济可持续发展提供基础和保障。
As one of the three metropolitan areas in Jiangsu Province, Xuzhou City has a serious shortage of surface water resources. Therefore, to strengthen water environment management and prevent water pollution is an urgent task of water resources protection in Xuzhou. In this paper, we establish a water environment information management system based on WEBGIS in Xuzhou. Combining the computer display technology, database technology, network technology and water environment mathematical model, according to different user needs, we can conveniently handle daily monitoring data of water environment. Display, calculate and analyze. Using the spatial analysis function of GIS and combining with the mathematical model of hydrodynamic model and water quality model, the dynamic simulation and prediction of water quality can provide the foundation and guarantee for the sustainable utilization of regional water resources and sustainable economic development.
