INTRODUCTION Hydrological automatic survey and forecasting system is a distributed and remote system used for automatic acquisition and transmission of hydrological information, making flood forecasting and reservoir scheduling optimization scheme. It consists of hydrological telemetry stations, relay stations and central stations. With the development of automatic hydrological forecasting technology, telemetry equipment can achieve the advantages of small size, low power consumption and high reliability. It provides an important guarantee for the automation of water conservancy management from manned maintenance and operation to unmanned maintenance on site.
