只有怀着“不放弃,不抛弃”的信念去对等每一位后进生,才有可能培养好每一位学生。首先在态度上要喜欢后进生,才有可能真诚、公平对待每一位后进生,要让后进生有实质性进步,还要有适合后进生的明确要求和奋斗目标,善于发现和欣赏后进生的闪光点,让后进生真实感知到自己的进步和成就,不断增强学生的自信心和激发学生潜能。多鼓励会批评,既维护了后进生的自尊又促进了后进生进步,这样才能达到“后进”转“优”教育目的,更有利于学生身心的健康成长。
