对油管排放装置传递机构的特点、运动形式和受力状况进行了分析,并通过优化设计得到了该机构主要结构的最优尺寸解,从而满足了油管在传递过程中必须始终保持平动和稳定,同时机构的能耗应最小的设计要求。设计分析表明:1.平行四边形机构可以用于油管传递机构,结构尺寸优化是设计的关键。2.机构中各杆件的长度对传动性能的影响不同,曲柄影响最大,连杆影响最小。3.零件的尺寸精度对机构的受力状态影响较大,最好成对加工。4.在抓放油管时应避开杆件重合位置,以减少冲击。
