不等单蚤(Monopsyllus anisus)是我国南方家鼠鼠疫疫源地分布较广的蚤种,该蚤对寄主的依附性强,不喜游离,多见于冬春季节和温寒地区,在黄胸鼠鼠疫中对鼠疫菌的自然感染率为1.12％。为查明其媒介地位,给鼠防工作提供理论依据,特进行菌栓形成观察和叮咬黄胸鼠传播鼠疫的实验研究。
Monopsyllus anisus is a kind of flea species distributed widely in plague foci of southern China domestic rats. The fleas are highly dependent on the host and do not like to be free, which is more common in winter and spring and in warm and cold areas. The natural infection rate of plague bacteria in the rat plague was 1.12%. In order to find out its media status and provide a theoretical basis for the work of rat defense, we carried out experimental research on the observation of bacterial plug formation and the spread of the plague in the bite of the yellow rat.
