本文分别从动物实验和接触钒作业工人两个方面,就钒对胱氨酸、胆固醇代谢等8个分题,介绍了自1911年发现钒中毒以来国外有关研究动态及80年代后的进展情况。为探索钒中毒的发病机理及长期接触钒对工人的健康危害,提供了参考及借鉴。
In this paper, eight sub-topics about vanadium, cystine and cholesterol metabolism are introduced respectively from animal experiments and workers exposed to vanadium. The related research trends since the discovery of vanadium poisoning in 1911 and the progress after 1980s are introduced. In order to explore the pathogenesis of vanadium poisoning and long-term exposure to vanadium on the health hazards of workers, provides a reference and reference.
