本文介绍莱钢合金钢大方坯连铸所采用的动态轻压下控制模型及其应用效果。合金钢大方坯容易出现中心偏析和中心疏松缺陷,对铸坯质量的影响严重。为了控制这两种缺陷,莱钢合金钢连铸机采用了动态轻压下技术,利用动态轻压下控制模型完成该技术的实施。为了避免不合理压下造成的铸坯质量改善不明显甚至恶化,确保轻压下的成功应用,动态轻压下控制模型采用了模型计算与经验参数相结合的方式确定压下参数。通过压下位置预报模型确定合适的压下区间,使轻压下在合适的固相率范围内实施;通过压下量设定模型确定总压下量并分配至各压下辊,给出可执行的辊缝值。该铸机在生产中采用动态轻压下控制模型,有效避免了压下产生的裂纹,没有使铸坯质量恶化;减少了中心疏松和中心偏析,提高了铸坯质量;轧制质量跟踪结果良好。

Determining a suitable depressing zone by depressing a position prediction model is carried out under mild pressure at a suitable range of solid fraction; determining the total depressurization by the depressor setting model and distributing to each depressing roller gives The roll gap value to be executed. The caster adopts the dynamic soft reduction control model in the production, which effectively avoids the cracking caused by the depression, does not deteriorate the slab quality, reduces the center looseness and center segregation and improves the slab quality, and the rolling quality tracking result is good .
