1病例资料女性患者,58岁,因“下腹坠胀伴尿频、尿急、尿不尽半年”于2015年10月7日收入院。患者已绝经7年,绝经后未口服激素类药物,绝经后无阴道流血流液。近半年自觉下腹部坠胀,伴尿频、尿急、尿不尽感,偶有腰酸、乏力,无畏寒、发热等不适。2015年9月23日于外院行阴道超声检查示:宫颈处见范围8.9cm×8.2cm低回声区。盆腔CT提示盆腔占位97mm×89mm。10月8日于第二军医大学长海医院
1 Case data Female patients, 58 years old, due to “lower abdomen bulge with frequent urination, urgency, urinary endless six months ” on October 7, 2015 income hospital.
