改革开放使得中国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,但社会发展的可持续性成为问题。专业的社会工作者可以发挥其专业优势,从而创新社会管理模式,实现社会和谐发展。文章阐述了目前中国社会工作发展的七条悖论,揭示了中国社会工作发展初级发展阶段的矛盾、冲突与不平衡,认为只要对这些问题认真研究与分析,随着时间的发展,一定会理出思路、寻找到符合中国国情的社会工作发展之路,从而为国家建设尤其是社会管理提供助力。
Since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in its economic construction. However, the sustainability of social development has become a problem. Professional social workers can play their professional advantages, so as to innovate the social management mode and achieve the harmonious development of society. The article expounds seven paradoxes in the current development of social work in China and reveals the contradictions, conflicts and imbalances in the initial stage of development of social work in China.
