在批邓反击右倾翻案风取得伟大胜利的大好形势下,省卫生局5月11—14日在唐山市召开了精神病防治工作座谈会。与会的有全省专业精神病防治人员和赤脚医生共53人。省卫生局副局长张实同志主持了会议。座谈会回顾了去年省精神病防治工作会议以来,在毛主席革命卫生路线的指引下,各地充分发挥了赤脚医生,合作医疗这些社会主义新生事物在防治精神病工作中的重要作用,以阶级斗争为纲,开展了精神病的普查普治,普及培训和建立防治网、点等工作。截止目前,全省已对九百多万人口进行了精神病的普查,重型精神病患病率约为0.4%。并对普查出来的精神病人着手进行了治疗。唐山地区成绩较显著,已完成全地区普查任务的83%,并对30%的患者进行了治疗,其中约有一半已经治愈。许多病人和
