This article discusses the VLSIRISCR2000 chip system design. At first, the system microarchitecture of R2000 chip is put forward. The principle, function and function of the mainstream pipeline control unit, execution unit, address unit, conversion query buffer, system coprocessor and external interface controller are discussed separately. Secondly, Five-stage pipeline technology, simple instruction format and simple addressing mode. Finally, a large number of techniques, methods, verification methods and process standards adopted by R2000 VLSI are introduced.
