针对大断面岩巷掘进爆破过程中出现的“抽炮”、成型不好、超挖欠挖现象,提出了复式双楔形混合掏槽方式,根据掘进断面岩石的强度及周边眼、崩落眼的参数计算公式,对周边眼、崩落眼间距、最小抵抗线、装药量进行精确地计算。工程实践表明,优化后的光面爆破参数,提高了掏槽爆破效果和装岩效率、巷道成型较好,减少了对围岩的破坏作用。
Aiming at the “double-wedge” phenomenon in the process of tunneling blasting of large section rock roadway, the double-wedged composite undercutting method is put forward. According to the strength of the rock in the tunneling section and the surrounding eyes, The parameters of the formula, on the surrounding eye, caving distance, minimum resistance line, the amount of charge accurately calculated. Engineering practice shows that the optimized parameters of smooth blasting improve the effect of cutting blasting and rock loading, and the roadway formation is better and the damage to surrounding rock is reduced.
