感染人类细小病毒B19后通常引起轻微发热,儿童可出现皮疹,成人出现关节病。有人报告此病毒可通过凝血因子浓制剂传播。作者调查了86例先天性出血性疾病患儿。按治疗类型分为4组,对每例患儿随意选择3名年龄相当的儿童作为正常对照。对照组未接受过输血或血液制品,无出血性疾病。用放射免疫法(RIA)检测患儿的B19抗原及抗-B19 IgM和IgG,对照组仅测抗-B19IgM和IgG,以<1.0RIA单位为抗体阴性。
Infection with human parvovirus B19 usually causes mild fever, rashes in children and arthritis in adults. It has been reported that this virus can be transmitted by coagulation factor concentrates. The authors investigated 86 children with congenital hemorrhagic disease. According to the type of treatment is divided into 4 groups, each child was randomly selected three age-matched children as a normal control. The control group did not receive blood transfusion or blood products, no bleeding disorders. B19 antigens and anti-B19 IgM and IgG in children were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Only anti-B19 IgG and IgG were detected in the control group. Antibody was negative in <1.0 RIA units.
