此文的主要目的是想引起从事电力工程设计的同志们研究国际电工委员会(IEC)的标准的兴趣。也就是建议大家目前先执行中央对采用国际标准的政策的十二字方针中的前四个字,“认真研究”。因为只有认真研究以后,才能真正谈得上执行中央十二字方针的后八个字,“积极采用,区别对待”。本文的缺点错误盼同志们指出。一、国际电工委员会有关标准的情况国际电工委员会(IEC)目前共有八十多个专业性技术委员会(TC)。其中多数是搞产品标准的。但由于IEC的标准并不象我国标准那样,明确划分产品标准和工程建设标准两类,并将两类标准由两个不同机构负责,因此有相当一部分IEC产品标准
The main purpose of this article is to arouse the interest of comrades engaged in electrical engineering design in studying the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). In other words, it is recommended that you first implement the first four words of the 12-character guideline of the Central Government’s policy on the adoption of international standards and “conscientiously study.” Because only after careful study can we truly talk about the last eight characters of the implementation of the 12-character principle of the Central Government, and “actively adopt and treat differently.” The shortcomings of this article are wrongly expected by comrades. First, the situation of the International Electrotechnical Commission standards The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) currently has more than 80 professional technical committees (TC). Most of them are engaged in product standards. However, because the IEC standards do not clearly divide product standards and engineering construction standards, as does our national standard, and two types of standards are handled by two different agencies, there are a considerable number of IEC product standards.
