前言在石油钻井领域自四十年代后期开始采用空气洗井钻进,并取得了优异效果。引起极大关注。后因高压卡钻、井壁坍塌、空压机能力、钻管磨损、振动,以及穿过涌水层等种种问题,未能普及。在得知于空气中混入发泡剂或稳定液能够解决这些问题后,空气洗井钻进又被重新认识。近年来,空气洗井钻进多用于沙漠地区等水利条件差的地区的煤炭及其他矿物资源的勘探。在此条件下亦需要有能够进行深井钻进的方法。本文报告使用空气的粉尘钻进及使用泡沫的泡沫钻进基础研究的内容及其成果。
Introduction In the field of oil drilling, air-well drilling has been started since the late 1940s and achieved excellent results. Aroused great concern. After due to high pressure card drill, borehole collapse, air compressor capacity, drill pipe wear, vibration, and through the gushing layer and other issues, failed to universal. After learning that mixing blowing agents or stabilizers in the air could solve these problems, airwashing was again recognized. In recent years, air flushing drilling is mostly used for exploration of coal and other mineral resources in areas with poor water conditions, such as desert areas. Under these conditions, there is also a need for a method that allows deep well drilling. This article reports on the basic research and achievements of the drilling of foam using airborne dust and foam.
