As an important part of language knowledge, pronunciation is not enough attention in primary school English classroom teaching. The goal of phonetic teaching in each section is not clear and there is no continuity. Although some teaching materials involve phonetic teaching, what they lack is a complete set of phonetic learning programs, and teachers only teach the contents of textbooks. This results in students having little understanding of phonetic knowledge and not obvious for improving their language skills. The compulsory education English curriculum standard has more meticulous requirements on the phonetic part of the second-level target language knowledge in the description of the graded target. The pronunciation teaching is not the one-sided pursuit of the word pronunciation, as well as the accent, the continuous reading, the intonation and the rhythm. So how are you in primary school?
