通过应力驰豫方法,在Gleeble-1500热模拟仪上测定了CSP工艺生产的含钛0.13%耐候钢的沉淀动力学曲线。研究结果表明:在830℃~980℃范围内等温驰豫时,含钛耐候钢中出现了多种析出相,其中包括钛的碳氮化物和碳硫化物,以及M2P型磷化物析出相;回火温度为900℃时,沉淀析出所用时间最短;测定了沉淀析出的PPT曲线。大量析出相的形核生长对含钛耐候钢的力学性能有重要影响。
Through the stress relaxation method, the precipitation kinetics curve of 0.13% titanium-containing titanium produced by CSP process was measured on a Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. The results show that during the isothermal relaxation in the range of 830 ℃ ~ 980 ℃, there are many precipitates, including the carbonitrides and carbosulfides of titanium and the precipitates of M2P phosphides, When the fire temperature is 900 ℃, the precipitation time is the shortest; the precipitation PPT curve is measured. The nucleation growth of a large number of precipitated phases has an important influence on the mechanical properties of titanium-containing weathering steels.
