随着我国经济和交通运输业的快速发展,过去修建于各地城镇和各级公路上的桥梁,因钢筋混凝土原材料质量因素、钢筋混凝土结构自身存在的微裂缝因素及桥梁所处的外界环境因素、养护因素等,已出现混凝土开裂、破损、脱落等病害,严重影响了桥梁结构的结构安全,急需维修、加固。结合上海至西安国家高速公路江都至六合段旧桥裂缝维修与加固的施工设计,阐述了旧桥裂缝维修加固主要采取的混凝土结构灌缝、封缝处理,混凝土修补,粘贴碳纤维等几种常见方法。
With the rapid development of economy and transportation industry in our country, bridges built in cities and towns and roads at various levels in the past have been affected by the quality factors of reinforced concrete materials, the micro-cracks existing in reinforced concrete structures and the external environmental factors of bridges. Conservation factors, there have been concrete cracking, damage, shedding and other diseases, seriously affecting the structural safety of the bridge structure, the urgent need for maintenance and reinforcement. Combined with the construction design of the repair and reinforcement of cracks in the old bridge from Jiangdu-Liuhe Section of Shanghai-Xi’an National Expressway, several common methods for crack-repair and reinforcement of old bridges, such as pouring, sealing, concrete repairing and carbon fiber bonding, are introduced .
