目的:探讨乳腺纤维腺瘤与甲状腺癌的关系。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月1日-2015年12月31日3年间来我院检查乳腺的女患共计173132例的临床资料,按超声检查后病理证实是否有乳腺纤维腺瘤分成两组,即乳腺纤维腺瘤组1870例,其中被确诊为甲状癌的有6例,甲状腺肿物有818例;非乳腺纤维腺瘤组171262例,其中被确诊为甲状腺癌的有185例,甲状腺肿物有57373例。经病理证实甲状腺癌患者共191例,其中乳腺纤维腺瘤组乳头状癌3例,滤泡状癌2例,髓样癌1例,未分化癌0例;非乳腺纤维腺瘤组乳头状癌152例,滤泡状癌28例,髓样癌3例,未分化癌2例。结果:乳腺纤维腺瘤组患者甲状腺癌、甲状腺肿物的发病率高于非乳腺纤维腺瘤组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺纤维腺瘤组患者甲状腺乳头状癌发病率高于非乳腺纤维腺瘤组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者甲状腺滤泡状癌、髓样癌、未分化癌间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:有乳腺纤维腺瘤患者甲状腺癌、甲状腺肿物发病率高于无乳腺纤维腺瘤的患者,有乳腺纤维腺瘤患者甲状腺乳头状癌发病率高于无乳腺纤维腺瘤的患者。有乳腺纤维腺瘤史的患者应定期进行甲状腺疾病检查。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between breast fibroadenoma and thyroid cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 173 132 cases of female patients admitted to our hospital from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Pathological examination confirmed the presence or absence of breast fibroadenoma by two groups , That is, 1870 cases of breast fibroadenoma group, of which 6 cases were diagnosed as thyroid cancer, thyroid tumor in 818 cases; 171262 cases of non-breast fibroadenoma group, of which 185 cases were diagnosed as thyroid cancer, goiter There are 57,373 things. There were 191 cases of thyroid cancer confirmed by pathology, including 3 cases of papillary carcinoma of breast fibroadenoma group, 2 cases of follicular carcinoma, 1 case of medullary carcinoma and 0 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma; papillary carcinoma of non-breast fibroadenoma group 152 cases, follicular carcinoma in 28 cases, medullary carcinoma in 3 cases, undifferentiated carcinoma in 2 cases. Results: The incidence of thyroid cancer and thyroid tumor in patients with breast fibroadenoma was significantly higher than that in non-breast fibroadenoma (P <0.05). The incidence of papillary thyroid carcinoma in breast fibroadenoma group was significantly higher than that in non-breast fibroadenoma group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in thyroid follicular carcinoma, medullary carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of thyroid cancer and thyroid tumor in patients with breast fibroadenoma is higher than that in patients without breast fibroadenoma. The incidence of thyroid papillary carcinoma in patients with breast fibroadenoma is higher than that without breast fibroadenoma. Patients with a history of breast fibroadenoma should be regularly thyroid disease examination.
