2007年前合肥市部分乡镇卫生院儿童保健门诊基础设施短缺,服务功能不完善,人员配备不合理、素质偏低,农村儿童保健工作相对落后,保健服务满足不了广大农民的需求,规范开展儿童保健工作,对保障儿童身心健康、提高出生人口素质和儿童的健康水平具有重要意义。合肥市从2007年开始利用3年时间,到2010年全市80%以上的乡镇卫生院儿童保健门诊建设达到标准化水平:实现基本设施齐全、人员配置合理、服务功能完善、监督管理规范。
Before 2007, part of township hospitals in Hefei lack of infrastructure for child health care services, imperfect service, staffing unreasonable, low quality, rural children’s health care is relatively backward, health services can not meet the needs of farmers, standardize the development of children’s health Work, to protect children’s physical and mental health, improve the quality of the birth population and children’s health is of great significance. Hefei started to use the three-year period from 2007 to the standardization level of over 80% of township health centers for child health clinics by 2010: realizing complete basic facilities, reasonable staffing, perfect service functions and supervision and management.
