原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤(Primary malignant melanoma of esophagus,PMME)是一种少见且高度恶性的肿瘤。自1906年Baur首次报道至今国外文献报道337余例[1]。其侵袭性强,易发生远处转移,预后差。现报道1例如下。1临床资料患者,男,50岁,因进食哽噎伴胸骨后不适半年,于2013年4月11日入院。查体无明显异常。内窥镜示:距门齿28cm见两枚并列,大小约1.0cm
Primary malignant melanoma of esophagus (PMME) is a rare and highly malignant tumor. Since the first report of Baur in 1906, there are more than 337 reports in foreign literature [1]. Its aggressive, prone to distant metastasis, the prognosis is poor. 1 case is reported below. 1 clinical data of patients, male, 50 years old, due to eating 哽 噎 with sternal discomfort after six months, on April 11, 2013 admitted. Physical examination no obvious abnormalities. Endoscope shows: 28cm away from incisors see two tied, the size of about 1.0cm
