本文介绍了国外几家有代表性公司对活塞式压缩机气阀的研究成果和进展。日本日立公司通过对FH系列全封闭压缩机气阀的改进,使EER值提高10～25％。美国TRANE公司通过对CRHH系列全封闭压缩机的气阀改进后,EER值比日本FH型产品提高10％左右。美国Copeland公司研制出具有“discus”气阀的半封闭压缩机系列,EER值提高15～20％。苏联1983年研究成功了同步转速为3000rpm的压缩机φГB系列,由于采用环状吸、排气阀,使性能指标达到了国际先进水平。
This article describes the achievements of several foreign companies on the piston compressor valve research and progress. Japan’s Hitachi FH series of fully enclosed compressor valve through the improvement of the EER value increased by 10 to 25%. American TRANE company through the CRHH series fully enclosed compressor valve improved, EER value than Japan FH products increased by about 10%. US Copeland company has developed a “discus” valve semi-hermetic compressor series, EER value increased 15 ~ 20%. In 1983, the Soviet Union succeeded in studying the φГB series of compressors with a synchronous speed of 3000rpm. As a result of the annular suction and exhaust valves, the performance indicators reached the international advanced level.
