集团资金统一管理是集团企业有效利用资金的模式,企业内部银行是集团资金统一管理未来的发展趋势。在实际工作中不少单位将内部银行仅仅理解成内部结算的工具,认为内部银行就是办理内部结算、借贷、资金往来划拨,忽视了内部银行在企业内部资金管理、控制的功能。应辩证地处理两者之间的关系,在结算中体现资金控制,在资金的控制中加速资金结算和周转,始终把资金管理贯穿在整个内部银行的结算等日常工作之中。本文主要从加强集团资金统一管理角度与企业内部银行模式进行研究。
Group unified management of funds is the mode of effective use of corporate funds, corporate banking is the group unified management of the future development trend of funds. In practice, quite a few units simply interpret the internal bank as a tool for internal settlement. They think that the internal bank handles the internal settlement, borrowing and fund transfer, ignoring the internal bank’s internal fund management and control functions. The relationship between the two should be dealt with in a dialectical way. Capital control should be reflected in the settlement, capital settlement and turnover should be accelerated in the control of funds, and fund management should always be run through the routine work of the settlement of the entire internal bank. This article mainly studies from the perspective of strengthening the unified management of the group funds and the internal banking model.
