以长营(15 a实生树)、山源1号(15 a实生树)橄榄品种为试材,采用电导法测定了橄榄叶片在不同低温和不同持续时间处理下的相对电渗率,旨在探讨低温及持续时间对其伤害程度。结果表明,(1)随着贮藏温度的降低和低温持续时间的延长,2个橄榄品种的叶片相对电渗率均呈不断上升趋势,且随着温度降低上升速度加快;(2)‘长营’的受冻临界温度是-4℃,持续时间不超过12 h;‘山源1号’的受冻临界温度是-4℃,持续时间不超过10 h;(3)‘山源1号’的耐寒性稍弱于‘长营’。本试验结论可以应用于指导2个橄榄品种的冬季防寒措施。
Taking the olive cultivars of Changying (15 a real tree) and Shanyuan 1 (15 a real tree) as test materials, the relative electroosmotic rates of olive leaves under different low temperatures and different durations were determined by conductivity method, To explore the low temperature and duration of their injury. The results showed that: (1) With the decrease of storage temperature and the prolongation of low temperature duration, the relative electroosmotic rates of leaves of two olive cultivars showed a rising trend and the speed of increase accelerated with the decrease of temperature; (2) ’The critical temperature of freezing is -4 ℃, the duration does not exceed 12 h; the critical freezing temperature of’ Shanyuan 1 ’is -4 ℃ and the duration does not exceed 10 h; (3)’ Shanyuan 1 ’ The cold resistance is slightly weaker than that of ’Changying’. The conclusion of this experiment can be used to guide the two olive varieties in winter cold measures.
