几年来,我在班主任之友网站里学到了许多方便和快捷的班级管理方法,特别是网络化班级管理的形式,更是让我受益非浅。在我近几年的班级管理工作中,我都沿用这样的管理模式对班级进行管理。通过网络这个平台,把学校,教师,家长和学生四位融为一体,以一种新的管理模式来管理班级工作。更为主要的是,以学生为班级管理的主体,发挥学生们主体性,让他们自愿加入这个管理模式,在管理过程中自觉地对自我,对班级进行管理,培养个人的综合能力。
In the past few years, I have learned a lot of convenient and efficient class management methods in my classmate friend’s website. In particular, I have benefited enormously from the form of network-based class management. In my recent class management work, I have followed the management model to manage the class. Through the network platform, the school, teachers, parents and students in one of the four, with a new management model to manage class work. More importantly, taking the students as the main body of the class management, the students are encouraged to join the management model by voluntarily joining themselves in this management mode. They consciously manage themselves and classes in the management process and develop their individual comprehensive ability.
