无论春播或夏播,棉花抗病品种根际真菌区系中对棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum)具有抑制作用或较强抑制作用的种数和比例均高于感病品种。与感病品种各生育期相比,抗病品种根际真菌优势种对枯萎病菌的抑制作用也较强。抗、感品种的这种差异在2～3叶期和6～7叶期更为明显,现蕾后则明显减小。
Regardless of the spring or summer sowing, the species and the proportion of the fungal Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum in the rhizosphere fungi of cotton varieties were significantly higher than the susceptible varieties. Compared with the susceptible cultivars, the dominant rhizosphere fungi of the resistant cultivars had a stronger inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum f. This difference of resistant and susceptible varieties was more obvious in 2 ~ 3 leaf stage and 6 ~ 7 leaf stage, but obviously decreased after budding.
