According to the situation announced by the Department of Industrial Policy of the State Economic and Trade Commission of the People’s Republic of China, among the 600 companies recommended by the State Economic and Trade Commission to financial asset management companies and development banks, 580 companies that have implemented debt-to-equity swaps have been identified, and the total amount of debt-to-equity swaps is 4050.
