首先构建“四化”评价指标体系,运用熵权法和最小离差协调度模型,测算了浙江省各地市2004—2013年“四化”子系统发展水平和协调度;然后,从全省、浙东北、浙西南、地级市四个角度,对该省“四化”协调发展情况作了时空分析;最后,根据实证结果并结合浙江省的特点,提出了推进“四化”协调发展的建议。
First of all, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of “Fourizations”, and uses the model of entropy weight and the minimum degree of dispersion to calculate the level of development and coordination degree of subsystems in four provinces in Zhejiang Province from 2004 to 2013. Then, From the four angles of the whole province, northeastern Zhejiang, southwestern Zhejiang and prefecture-level cities, this paper makes a spatiotemporal analysis on the coordinated development of the province and the “four modernizations”. Finally, according to the empirical results and the characteristics of Zhejiang Province, Suggestions on the Coordinated Development of “Four Modernizations”.
