分别论述了离心泵泵轴的设计准则和转速对泵轴可靠性的影响。指出转速是泵设计的主要因素之一,与泵轴的可靠性密切相关。设计准则应随转速的提高而改变。在低速时,泵轴的扭曲强度作为设计准则;高速时,则应以扭曲刚度作为设计准则,并考虑材料和轴功率等相关因素。在提速使用给定泵时,泵轴挠度与转角也将近似地随着转速呈线性增大,当超过许用值时,即会引起零件磕碰、卡滞,以至泵不能正常工作,因此须对挠度和转角进行校核。
The design criteria of centrifugal pump shaft and the influence of rotational speed on the reliability of the pump shaft are discussed respectively. It is pointed out that speed is one of the main factors of pump design, which is closely related to the reliability of pump shaft. Design guidelines should change with increasing speed. At low speeds, the torsional strength of the pump shaft is used as a design guideline; at high speeds, torsional stiffness should be used as a design guideline, taking into account factors such as material and shaft power.
