在西非沿尼日尔河流域及附近施工过程中,遇到了套管下放的诸多难题,有时单下放套管一道工序就需要往复下放三次,过程中浪费了许多时间和精力。在日常的施工中根据不同的地层特点分门别类总结了一些切实可行的经验,详细介绍了套管下放中“调、扩、扫、冲、磨、混”等施工措施,另外针对不同地层情况,介绍了各自适应的钻进方法。
During the construction process in and around the Niger River Basin in West Africa, many problems of casing decentralization were encountered. In some cases, it was necessary to reciprocate and place the casing only three times in a single procedure, wasting a great deal of time and energy. In the daily construction, according to different stratum characteristics, this paper summarizes some practical experiences, and introduces in detail the construction measures such as “adjusting, expanding, sweeping, punching, grinding, blending” in the casing decentralization.
