洋快餐以其标准、规范、卫生的特点在我国发展很快,有心人肯定会注意到,每一份洋快餐里都有炸薯条,它色泽金黄,外焦里嫩,口感酥软,很受人们特别是孩子们的喜爱。由于洋快餐已经有了一个忠实的消费群体,这就为我们经营这项小生意打下了很好的群众基础。但由于国内土豆品种的加工工艺问题,采用国产土豆加工成炸薯条在口味上存在很大问题。虽然市场上也有进口冷冻薯条可以替代,但从经营的角度看,有以下两个弊端:一是单份成本太高,获利空间太小;二是冷冻薯条温度低,油炸时间需要5分钟左右,造成顾客等候时间长,不适合快餐经营。
