通过对日本引进的滴注式UNIC气体渗碳淬火回火热处理生产线中的气体渗碳氮化炉的调试和生产,制定出对拖拉机齿轮进行渗碳氮化的处理工艺曲线,保证了产品质量,质量稳定及热变形量小。为我国研制滴控式炉以及改造旧的渗碳设备提供了参考。
Through the commissioning and production of gas carburizing and nitriding furnace in drip UNIC gas carburizing quenching and tempering heat treatment line introduced in Japan, a process curve of carbonitriding and nitriding of the tractor gear was worked out to ensure product quality, Stable quality and small thermal deformation. It provides a reference for our country to develop drip-controlled furnace and transform old carburizing equipment.
