分配式喷油泵(简称分配泵),具有重量轻、体积小、结构简单、精密偶件少等优点,目前广泛应用于丰收—27、丰收—35,丰收—37等拖拉机上。但其校正油量(超负荷贮备油量)很小,发动机扭矩储备低;起动油量不足,发动机冷起动性能较差。当油泵磨损后,反映尤为突出。我们采用了“双控节流法”使分配泵供油特性得到改善,提高了校正加浓油量和起动油量,延长了分配泵的使用寿命。
Dispensing injection pump (hereinafter referred to as distribution pump), with light weight, small size, simple structure, fewer precision parts, is currently widely used in harvest -27, harvest -35, harvest -37 and other tractors. However, its corrected oil (overloaded reserve oil) is very small, the engine torque reserve is low; starting oil shortage, the engine cold starting performance is poor. When the pump wear, the reflection is particularly prominent. We have adopted the “double control throttling method” to improve the fuel supply characteristics of the distribution pump, and improve the correction plus enrichment and starting oil, which prolongs the service life of the distribution pump.
