本文应用断裂力学理论导出了同类焊接构件相对寿命估算式,简化了现有疲劳裂纹扩展寿命的计算法。通过试验和实例验证,其误差范围符合工程要求。
In this paper, the theory of fracture mechanics is used to derive the relative life estimation formula of similar welding components, which simplifies the existing calculation method of fatigue crack growth life. Through the test and example verification, the error range meets the engineering requirements.
