生命科学既是探索生命奥秘的学科,也是医学和农业的基础,小至每个人的衣食住行,大至人口问题和国土整治问题,都和生命科学有关。生物分布有地区性,我国有特殊的动植物和微生物区系,也有特殊的野生生物资源。生命科学的某些领域也反映我国悠久的文化传统,例如中医学和中草药。基于生命科学的这些特点,我们在重点项目安排上兼顾下列几个方面:①学科前沿的研究;②交叉学科的研究;③工、农业、医药卫生中重大问题的基础性研究;④属于立国大计,影响深远的生命科学问题的研究;⑤反映我国文化传统或针对我国特有生物的生命科学研究。
Life science is not only a subject that explores the mysteries of life, but also the basis of medicine and agriculture. As small as everyone's basic necessities of life, population issues and land remediation issues are related to life sciences. Biodistribution of the region, our country has a special flora and fauna and microbial flora, but also special wildlife resources. Certain areas of life sciences also reflect our long cultural traditions, such as Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal medicine. Based on these characteristics of life sciences, we have taken into account the following aspects in the arrangement of key projects: (1) cutting-edge research; (2) interdisciplinary research; (3) basic research on major issues in industry, agriculture and medicine and health; (4) , Far-reaching impact on life sciences research; ⑤ reflect our cultural traditions or life-oriented science for our unique creatures.
