在管理工作中,人的因素对管理效果有决定性的作用。提升工作成效要重视对人进行恰当、有效的使用、培训以及考核,让不同能力的人到合适岗位上发挥特长。所以说,效率提高基础是办事高效的人,管理工作说到底是对人的管理。要提高工作效率就必须提高集体中每个人的素养。素养的提升主要来源于人的内在动力,内在动力的提升又在于心理素质的提高。我们从两个例子来看看,心理因素对生命健康及管理工作的影响。2003年,著名的零点调查公司对白领工作的研究报告显示,
In management, human factors have a decisive effect on management effectiveness. To enhance the effectiveness of our work, we must attach importance to the proper and effective use, training and assessment of people so that those with different abilities can bring their strengths to the right positions. So, the basis for improving efficiency is to work efficiently, and management in the final analysis is the management of people.
